Terms and
Conditions

Makeup and Hair Service Agreement: 

The service team's obligation to provide services here under is subject to change and or/unavailability of the service team as a result of sickness, accidents, acts of God, and other reasons beyond the artist's control. In the event this does occur, a substitute will be provided, subject to acceptance by the client. The price originally agreed upon will remain the same. If the client decides to terminate this substitute provided, a full refund will be issued.

Payments/Refund: 

The client will be the responsible party for the total fee of the purchased package on the day of the event. The remaining balance for service and products rendered agree upon payment type. We do not accept personal checks. A refund is NOT issued if the client decides to cancel the reservation. All the rates are based on the information stated in the agreement (date of the event, number of people in the party, traveling location, time of the event, makeup style.) If you must change any information already stated or verbally agreed upon, please contact the team immediately.

When a date booking between the client and our service team has been agreed upon, a non-refundable deposit amount will be paid to Luminary Beauty to ensure the date of service. In the event, of acts of Gods and other reasons beyond the client and or artist's control, the deposit can be refunded.

Products:

All products used are of the highest quality and sanitary conditions. Artist cannot be held responsible or liable for any complications, irritations, burns, or allergic reactions that the client may encounter from the products or services rendered. Upon signing this agreement, the client has agreed to full responsibility for anyone of his/her party who received service.

Home Service:

The Artist will do their best to respect a client's home. If in an event, the artist damages or disrupts the client's home, this is at the client's own risk. All pets do need to be placed safely away from the working session, as the artist will be working with chemicals, (ie, hairspray, makeup products), and hot hair tools that may cause issues near their pet.

Photography usage: 

The service team is entitled to photos taken during the event per artist's request agreed between client and artist, verbal or written. In the event the photos are used for promotional purposes, (website, social media pages) the client can request the service team not to be used.

Agreement

This agreement set forth the entire agreement between the parties and may not be amended by agreement below. This project agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to the principles of conflicts of law. In any action or proceeding involving a dispute between the client and the artist arising out of this project agreement, the prevailing party will be entitled to receive from the losing party reasonable attorney’s fees.

By clicking on the agreement box, I understand, I am responsible for everyone in the party, and accept all terms and conditions stated in this agreement. The agreement box serves as a digital signature and holds the same authority as a handwritten one. Thank you
